Dublin 9: Executive Leadership Summit
Since 2012, the Human Resources and Training and Development Team bring together the executive leadership team together twice a year, with attendees consisting of all senior leaders, Vice President and above.
As a global event, the key aim of this three day programme is to bring together all regions to act as one, to ensure alignment on strategy and execution plans while undertaking some big change initiatives.
The event has moved around since its inception in 2012 in Dublin, with each event aiming to showcase the local area and its cultural differences.
How we did it...
Previously slated as an “internal event”, we provided our full show team to take the professionalism and production value to the next level.
Using the built in stage at the Westin, we custom produced a large pano screen, which provided a fantastic canvas to showcase the newly re-branded company identity and video!
We created an experience that provided every attendee an opportunity to showcase their own personality, and allow every voice to be heard. From instant print Kodak cameras, yoga activities to arm wrestling and dancing competitions – it was certainly a day to remember!
